MONTHLY MEETING NOTICE

NORTHEAST DAIRY COMPACT COMMISSION

 

In accordance with Article VC(3) of the Bylaws, Notice is hereby given of the regular monthly meeting of the Compact Commission, to be held:

 

Wednesday, April 5, 2000

at 10:30 a.m.

 

The Regular Monthly Meeting will be to consider matters relating to administration and enforcement of the price regulation, including the reports and recommendations of the Commission's standing Committees.

 

There will be a Public Hearing commencing:

 

Wednesday, April 5, 2000

at 1:00 p.m.

 

The Public Hearing is set to take testimony on a proposal to amend the over-order price regulation to establish a supply management program.
